FAQs

  • Yes, that's ideal for us too! There is room and equipment to fit two people per session, however as we want to ensure you get a completely private experience we have set up the bookings to cap at one in the session when booking online so you don't end up sharing the sauna with a complete stranger.

If you have a friend or family member who is an RBM Recovery member or has an Intro Offer or Casual Visit pass prepaid, get them to book into the same time slot as you, on the waitlist for that time slot. Then message our studio phone 0455 424 174 and let them know you would like to be added to the session with "name".

  • The Odin Ice Tub is cleaned with a complete water change and wiped down weekly with a filter change every week too. The filter is a drinking water filter so it filters everything down to skin particles (whereas a pool filter doesn't filter fine fragments like this). It also has an Ozone Generator for Chemical Free Ozone Sanitation that is run every night for 6 hours to ensure it is super clean for our clients.

  • No, we have our space set up very privately. Only our team member will see you when they walk around the corner to check on you once during your session to ensure everything is ok. Apart from that you are in a completely private area.

  • The Normatec Boots are boots (we have different sizes available) that pull up from your feet to your groin and they are plugged into a device which inflates them like a giant floatie around your feet and legs. It then starts compression waves from your feet up your legs to push any excess fluid from these areas up to the groin area to allow the lymph nodes there to dispose of any unwanted waste. They're great for inflammation, recovery from training and super relaxing. You will be kicked back in one of our comfortable recliners in a cool air conditioned room with our diffuser running with the scent of essential oils to chill you out.

  • The cold immersion is such a small part of the session and no you don't HAVE to do it (you can just do the sauna and finish then) however unless you have a medical condition as to why you can't do it eg. diabetes to be checked with GP first and cardiovascular disease is a no-go, then we would encourage you to at least try it. Even if you just get 30 seconds. Our team will talk you through the breath work to stay calm to approach the cold immersion with a strong mind and calm breath. It has so many health and mindset benefits that it's worth a try.
